Kenneth Willingham has been the Fire Chief Of Sealy Fire Department/Austin County Emergency Services District No. 2 (ACESD No. 2) since 2018. Prior to serving as the Chief, Willingham served as an Assistant Chief of the department from 2009 to 2018, and has been a member since 2000.

Chief Willingham grew up in Bellville, TX and graduated from Bellville High School in 1998. After graduation Willingham went to the Wharton Junior College Fire Academy and obtained his TCFP certification. Willingham worked for different EMS agencies and fire departments where he settled with Houston Fire Department in 2002. Willingham currently works as a Captain with the Houston Fire Department full time. Willingham currently holds his Master Structure Firefighter, Instruction I, Fire Officer II, Head of Department Suppression, and Paramedic certifications.

Chief Willingham married his wife, Melanie, in 2005. Together they have had 3 children, Kyle, Travis and Matthew. Willingham coaches his sons football teams and enjoys watching their games, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Chief Willingham loves the community he has been given the opportunity to serve.
